Welcome to the Stillwater Dental Blog of Ned W. Windmiller Distinctive Dentistry

All of us at Ned W. Windmiller Distinctive Dentistry love seeing our patients enjoy radiant, confident smiles. One of the ways Dr. Windmiller and Dr. Hawn help them do that is by taking time to educate patients about good oral hygiene and dental care. With that thought in mind, we’d like to introduce you to our new Stillwater dental blog.

In each post, you will find helpful dental tips, trends, and news centered on helping you maintain a healthy smile. We hope you find it useful, and we welcome any feedback you have on it. If you have comments or suggestions, or just need to make an appointment for your next checkup, call us today at (651) 413-9860.

We have two convenient locations to serve you and your family. Visit our Stillwater location on Curve Crest Boulevard – next door to Valley Outreach, or our Wayzata location on North Central Avenue – at the northwest edge of Big Woods Preserve.

See How We’re Different

For our first post, we’d like to welcome you to Ned W. Windmiller Distinctive Dentistry and highlight a few of the things our patients enjoy most about our dental practice.

  • Comforting amenities. You can take advantage of cozy blankets to keep warm, headphones to listen to your favorite music or podcasts, and even massage chairs to help your entire body relax.
  • Choice of sedation options. We offer two types of safe, effective sedation to help you forget you’re in a dentist’s chair. Choose inhaled sedation with laughing gas or oral conscious sedation with a prescribed pill you’ll take before your appointment.
  • Expert dentists. Dr. Ned Windmiller has been practicing dentistry for over four decades. Now, with Dr. Matt Hawn on our team, we are even better equipped to keep your smile white and healthy.
  • Technology. We invest in new dental technology when it helps us provide better care to our patients. For example, our digital X-ray machine exposes patients to less radiation than film X-rays, while our oral scanner creates digital impressions of our patients’ mouths without the goopy mess of traditional impressions.

We hope you’ve enjoyed our new Stillwater dental blog. Call us today at (651) 413-9860 to make your next appointment. We look forward to seeing you soon!
